Studio 101 Hair Salon would like to announce new ownership of the salon. The women of "Studio 101", recently faced with either closing its doors or taking the reigns of ownership, decided to take the leap and take over the salon in order to keep serving their loyal and wonderful clientele.

Vashon Market IGA today announced that effective Saturday, September 29, 2012 the business will be owned and operated by longtime Vashon Island residents Shawn and Kathy Hoffman. In conjunction with the change in ownership, the store will also be changing its name to "Vashon Market Fresh IGA."  

Nirvana restaurant is closed for remodeling now and set to reopen in early October. Nirvana owners Rohit and Shivali Sharma have plans for some exciting changes to the dining areas, menu and bar to create what they believe will be an even more wonderful dining experience.
